who are you?

hiii, i'm gin ♥ i hope you're enjoying my website !! i'm 21, non-binary and from canada. i use she/ they/ it/ doe and nymph pronouns! if you don't know how to use neopronouns it's pretty easy. Here are some examples: I went to doe's website, doe made it doeself. I think nymph is coming to the park today. It is my friend. :) ♥

why the site?

i made this so i could put my art somewhere without compression, losing rights to my art, or interruptions from ads. I also wanted to be able to add as many of my own graphics as i wanted. i think the internet relies too much on corporations like tw!tt3r and t!ckt0k, i wanted my online presence to be mine.

my hobbies

• writing: i slam words together and call it art, you can see it here.
• cooking/ baking: i do it every day and i love it! my bf is very spoiled hehe ♥
• preserving food: i mostly dry stuff because it's easiest! but i love the art of preservation.
• gardening: i like plants! i have about 10 houseplants (i used to have around 70 but i have moved a bunch, had to rehome many of them) and every spring i start up a few things and grow them! ♥
• taxidermy: i collect bones and make wet specimens :) i really love the art of preservation
• needlecrafts: i can do most of them! knitting and crochet are my favorites. i also sew and mend my clothes :)
• jewelry making: i can make chainmail as well as do many kinds of bead weaving, it requires a lot of focus though so i don't do it as much as i would like to :P
• coding: *gestures broadly at website*
• art: i mostly made glitch and pixel art, i'm trying to find a new muse so that may change! you can see my past works here

my interests

• entomology: if u have been to any pages you know i love bugs,, this is the study of them, if it paid and i was smarter i'd consider university!
• botany: same as above but it pays even less then entomology :( ♥
• witchcraft: i don't know how else to say this
• herbalism: i'm a 3rd generation herbalist but i'm still learning! ♥♥
